The Freight Broker Standard Training & Consulting package, like the Freight Broke Basic, is designed for one that will begin their broker operation as a freight broker agent after training.
The difference? The FBSP includes on-demand Supplemental Training, up to 6 months in the TMP, and 6 months consulting after exiting the TMP.
The TALTOA Mentorship Program Placement allows you to begin your freight broker operation as a freight broker agent immediately after training.
You’ll be able to begin building your customer base and gaining the experience you’ll need for becoming an independent freight broker agent or starting your own freight brokerage company.

The 6 essential training sessions, provide in-depth training for working day-to-day as a freight broker agent. Each session includes the essential training, additional review material, downloads, exercises, and a quiz for you to judge your own progress. The exercises will allow you to gain hands-on experience working with the programs, tools, and software used daily.
Live training is scheduled Monday – Friday between 9A.M. and Noon Central Time for those adding the live training upgrade option.

The On-Demand Essential training is identical to the live training
The main difference is that should you have
questions you would contact your assigned consultant for answers. Once your registration has processed the module for Part 1 of your on-demand essential training will be activated. When ready for your next just contact your assigned consultant.
With the live training upgrade you and 1 guest may attend the training portion of the FBSP. All that is needed to attend the training is a computer or tablet, internet access, and phone. Using your computer or tablet, you will access our system to see the material while the phone is used for conducting the live training, allowing you to ask questions and take part in discussions. You and your guest do not need to be at the same location as a conference call will be setup if needed.
Immediate access to that sessions review material will
be provided after each completed session. This material includes on-demand video for the topics of that session, supplemental video, downloads, and review quiz. Access to this material is available throughout the consulting period. Many of our clients have found this information useful for assisting in the training of new hires.
It’s important to note that the essential training is private, focused on you and your goals. This means that there won’t be 5, 10, or 20 potential competitors attending the training at the same time. This will allow you to be more at ease, ask more questions, become more involved creating an optimal learning environment.

The Supplemental training is in addition to the essential training included with the Freight Broker Standard Training and Consulting Package. 24/7 access will be available after completion of the essential training portion of the FBSP and continue through the duration of your consulting period.
TALTOA Mentorship Program (US Residents Only)
The TMP Placement will allow you to begin your freight broker operation as a freight broker agent immediately after completing the essential training. You’ll be able to begin building your customer base and gaining the experience that will be helpful when ready to take the next step in your career.
You will begin working as a freight broker agent through TALTOA Logistics. This allows us to be able to monitor your progress, make recommendations, as well as make sure you’re dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s. Agents in the TMP earn a 60% commission on the load net of any load successfully moved.

Our freight broker clients find that the essential training is a very important part of this package, but they learn quickly that the consulting is just as valuable. The FBBP includes our a 3 month freight broker agent consulting period in addition to the TMP.
The day you begin your freight broker operation you will have questions. At first these questions could be to make sure you are doing certain tasks correctly. As you become more comfortable and experienced, you will have situations or problems arise when you will need assistance. Your consulting allows you unlimited phone and email support, with your assigned consultant, to receive answers and recommendations for the problem or situation at hand.
The Options
The Live Training Upgrade
Included with the Freight Broker Basic is the Essential On-Demand training. Adding the Live Training Upgrade allows you to schedule Live Essential training sessions with your assigned consultant. Live training sessions can be scheduled Monday – Friday between 9A.M. and Noon Central Time.
The Web Design Package
Includes domain, 5 page web design, and 1st year of hosting.

Registration – $995
Available to you are several ways in which to register for the Freight Broker Standard Package. You may register and make payment by selecting the Register button below. Payment options include financing your registration through PayPal Credit, using your credit/debit card, using your PayPal account, plus our Pay As You Go (PAYGO) option.
PAYGO requires a $280 down payment. When paid, you will be shipped the Freight Broker Manual and Workbook via USPS Priority Mail. When received, you may contact your assigned consultant to schedule your first training session or to activate your first on-demand session. After you have completed your first session you will be required to make a minimum $100 payment to schedule your next session. Full balance must be paid prior to entering the TMP.

The Freight Broker Manual and Workbook will normally ship on the next business day after registration. We ship USPS Priority Mail, allow 3-4 days for delivery. If adding the Live Training Upgrade Option, After you have received the Manual and Workbook, you may contact your assigned consultant to schedule your first training session.
PAYGO Financing Option – $280 + $15 (s/h) Down Payment.
Down payment includes the shipping of your Freight Broker Training Manual, Workbook, and Part 1 of the on-demand training. After completing Part 1 of the on-demand training a minimum $100 payment will be required prior to having access to subsequent training sessions. Balance must be paid before entering the TMP.
